Earliest check-in time – 15.00hrs
Latest check out time – 11.30 hrs.
For an earlier check in time, this must be prior arranged depending on availability.
A later check out time of 1pm can be pre arranged for a fee of €25.00 or you can book a further night to guarantee a check out time that suits you.
For individual reservations cancellations must be received in writing/email 72 hours (12 midday) prior to arrival. In case of cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival, a charge of one nights accommodation will be incurred. For full details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking. (Please note terms and conditions may vary for large group bookings or contracted bookings)
Confirming group bookings
All group bookings are held on option for up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, at which time The Ballyliffin TownHouse must have received a deposit to hold the rooms further; if the booking is for 4 rooms or more, we require a 20% non refundable deposit at this point. A rooming list is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Credit Cards & Deposits
All Guests staying at the Ballyliffin TownHouse will be asked for a credit card on arrival for security purposes. If Guests do not have a credit card a cash deposit may be required. This Policy applies to ALL Guests whether their booking has been pre paid in full or not.

Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 10am. If pre arranged a continental breakfast can be accommodated for.
Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under, or a maximum of 2 adults. A family room will consist of a King size bed and a Double or single bed
The Ballyliffin TownHouse operates a strict 100% no smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a bedroom will result in a €250 refresh fine.
